Had a GREAT training session today. Had to take a few days off cause my body wasn’t feeling to well…but I’m back in the game and came out pretty strong today! I guess rest is good!! Been working really hard on my Level 2 skills and I was able to do my first pistol about 2 weeks ago. Yeah!! I was so excited. Today I did the pistol pretty solid with a 12kg and tried with a 14kg. Not quite there, but it was still pretty nice! Pullups are coming along…been getting really good at the purple band (smallest of our woody bands). Not quite there yet on just body weight, but I’m feeling really good about the direction I’m going:) Just greasing the groove, working hard on my FMS issues and just having a positive attitude about it!
